No shows/Cancellations
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs prior to the appointment.
Please be courteous and give us a call, as we can fill that slot with another client.
No shows
No-Shows will be given a warning the first time, on the second No-Show, clients will be required to put down a deposit.
DROP OFF/PICK UP
All dogs may be here anywhere from 2 to3 hours.
If they are done sooner we will call you.
Drop off
Please be on time for your appointment, if you are running late, please give us a call. You may drop off early however your pet will not get started until their appointment time.
Pick up
Pets are to be picked up when called on. We have a 30min pick up window. If your dog needs to be here for a long period of time, please let us know so we can schedule our day accordingly.
